The basic rules for using yensend.jp as a comparison information service.
1. Service scope
yensend.jp provides comparison information for Japan outbound international remittance. The Service displays publicly retrievable or provider-sourced comparison data, methodology notes, and links to provider sites.
2. Not a remittance service
The Service does not execute transfers, hold customer funds, open provider accounts, perform identity verification, or submit applications on behalf of users. Remittance contracts, eligibility checks, KYC, fees, exchange rates, cancellation, and delivery are governed by each provider's official terms.
3. Rate and fee information
Displayed rates, fees, receive amounts, and delivery estimates are snapshots. They may differ from the provider's final screen due to market movement, cache timing, payment method, recipient bank, promotions, outages, or provider-side changes. Users must verify final terms on the provider's official site before sending. Wise public comparison API and third-party provider data are displayed under current public/API or partner terms; the provider final screen remains authoritative.
Advertising, referrals, and outbound links
yensend may receive referral fees or advertising compensation from providers. Compensation does not determine ranking order. Outbound provider links must not include personal data, transfer amount, or corridor data in URL parameters. The final contract, quote, KYC, and transfer execution are always between you and the provider.
4. External provider links
Links to provider websites are provided for user convenience and final confirmation. yensend.jp is not responsible for provider websites, application flows, customer support, outages, or the outcome of a transfer made outside this Service.
5. Prohibited use
Users must not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Service in a way that degrades availability, or use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
6. Liability and disclaimers
The Service is provided as general comparison information and does not provide legal, financial, tax, or remittance advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, yensend.jp is not liable for losses caused by reliance on stale, incomplete, or changed provider information. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
7. Changes
These terms may be revised when service content, laws, data sources, or operational policies change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the last-updated date on this page.
