The registry evidence and display gate yensend uses before showing or testing provider rows.

This page explains yensend.jp’s internal registration screen for remittance providers and bank routes. It is not legal advice, not a recommendation, and not an application flow.
Legal baseline
The current screen uses Japan’s Payment Services Act Articles 36-2 and 37, the FSA funds transfer service provider registry, FSA bank-license lists where a bank route is involved, and Consumer Affairs Agency guidance on comparative advertising and stealth marketing. yensend itself does not handle funds or execute remittances.
Legal self-review status
No external lawyer opinion has been obtained yet. yensend currently relies on an internal official-source review using e-Gov Payment Services Act Articles 2(2), 36-2, and 37, the FSA provider and bank lists, and Consumer Affairs Agency guidance. This is suitable for the current information-only comparison surface, but it is not a substitute for legal advice if yensend later handles KYC, funds, personalized recommendations, application mediation, prefilled provider flows, or affiliate-influenced ranking.
Display gate
A provider row should have registration or bank-license evidence, a permitted data-acquisition path, current fee/rate facts where provider-native data is displayed, and neutral ranking that is not influenced by advertising or referral status. The provider final screen remains authoritative before any transfer.
