이 페이지는 yensend.jp가 송금 사업자와 은행 경로를 표시하기 전에 적용하는 내부 등록 확인 기준을 설명합니다. 법률 자문, 추천, 신청 절차가 아닙니다.

법적 기준

현재 기준은 일본 자금결제법 제36조의2 및 제37조, 금융청 자금이동업자 등록 목록, 은행 경로의 경우 금융청 은행 면허 목록, 소비자청의 비교광고 및 스텔스 마케팅 지침을 참조합니다. yensend 자체는 자금을 취급하거나 송금을 실행하지 않습니다.

법무 자체 검토 상태

외부 변호사의 법률 의견서는 아직 받지 않았습니다. 현재는 e-Gov 자금결제법 제2조 제2항, 제36조의2, 제37조, 금융청 자금이동업자 등록 목록 및 은행 면허 목록, 소비자청 표시 관련 가이던스를 기준으로 한 내부 공식 소스 검토입니다. 지금의 정보 제공형 비교 화면에는 이 기준으로 운영하되, KYC, 자금 취급, 개인화 추천, 신청 중개, 사전 입력된 provider 이동, 제휴 보상에 따라 달라지는 순위를 다루게 되면 변호사 검토를 대체할 수 없습니다.

표시 게이트

사업자 행에는 등록 또는 은행 면허 근거, 허용된 데이터 취득 경로, 사업자 원천 데이터를 표시할 때의 최신 수수료/환율 fact, 광고나 소개 보수와 무관한 중립 순위가 필요합니다. 송금 전 최종 조건은 사업자 화면이 우선합니다.
