yensend が事業者行を表示または検証する前に使う登録根拠と表示ゲートです。

このページの範囲

このページは、送金事業者や銀行ルートを yensend.jp 上で扱う前の内部確認基準を説明します。法的助言、推奨、申込導線ではありません。

法令上の基準

現在の確認では、資金決済法36条の2および37条、金融庁の資金移動業者登録一覧、銀行ルートでは金融庁の銀行免許一覧、ならびに消費者庁の比較広告・ステルスマーケティング関連ガイダンスを参照します。yensend 自体は資金を扱わず、送金を実行しません。

法務セルフレビューの状況

外部弁護士の意見書はまだ取得していません。現時点では、e-Gov の資金決済法2条2項・36条の2・37条、金融庁の資金移動業者登録一覧および銀行免許一覧、消費者庁の表示関連ガイダンスに基づく社内の公式ソース確認です。現在の情報提供型比較画面にはこの運用で進めますが、KYC、資金の取扱い、個別推奨、申込媒介、入力済み provider 導線、紹介報酬で変動する順位を扱う場合は、弁護士確認の代替にはなりません。

表示ゲート

事業者行を表示するには、登録または銀行免許の根拠、許容されたデータ取得経路、事業者公式データを表示する場合の現行手数料・レート fact、広告や紹介報酬に左右されない中立順位が必要です。送金前の最終条件は事業者画面が優先されます。
