yensend が事業者行を表示または検証する前に使う登録根拠と表示ゲートです。
このページの範囲
このページは、送金事業者や銀行ルートを yensend.jp 上で扱う前の内部確認基準を説明します。法的助言、推奨、申込導線ではありません。
法令上の基準
現在の確認では、資金決済法36条の2および37条、金融庁の資金移動業者登録一覧、銀行ルートでは金融庁の銀行免許一覧、ならびに消費者庁の比較広告・ステルスマーケティング関連ガイダンスを参照します。yensend 自体は資金を扱わず、送金を実行しません。
法務セルフレビューの状況
外部弁護士の意見書はまだ取得していません。現時点では、e-Gov の資金決済法2条2項・36条の2・37条、金融庁の資金移動業者登録一覧および銀行免許一覧、消費者庁の表示関連ガイダンスに基づく社内の公式ソース確認です。現在の情報提供型比較画面にはこの運用で進めますが、KYC、資金の取扱い、個別推奨、申込媒介、入力済み provider 導線、紹介報酬で変動する順位を扱う場合は、弁護士確認の代替にはなりません。
表示ゲート
事業者行を表示するには、登録または銀行免許の根拠、許容されたデータ取得経路、事業者公式データを表示する場合の現行手数料・レート fact、広告や紹介報酬に左右されない中立順位が必要です。送金前の最終条件は事業者画面が優先されます。

FSA current funds transfer service provider registry was retrieved 2026-10-08. The XLSX/PDF is current as of 2026-08-31 (令和8年8月31日現在) and lists 85 registered operators, with 第一種 / 第二種 / 第三種 type columns. Use this as the current Grade A baseline for provider registration checks until the next FSA registry update is retrieved. (Earlier baseline: 2026-03-31 list, 82 operators, retrieved 2026-05-06.)

資金移動業 3-tier system (verified against primary text 2026-10-02). Definitions are in 資金決済法 第36条の2 (caption 定義): Type 1 (第一種) = 資金移動業 other than Types 2 and 3, no statutory per-transfer cap, and requires 業務実施計画の認可 under 第40条の2; Type 2 (第二種) = only transfers ≤ 百万円に相当する額 (第36条の2第2項 + 施行令第12条の2第1項); Type 3 (第三種) = only transfers ≤ 五万円に相当する額 (第36条の2第3項 + 施行令第12条の2第2項). All types operate under 第37条 registration. CORRECTION: earlier text marked Type 1 as '認可' instead of registration — Type 1 is registered under 第37条 AND needs the 第40条の2 plan approval.

Official-law self-review baseline for yensend as an information-only remittance comparison service, retrieved 2026-05-06: use e-Gov Payment Services Act article 36-2 and article 37 plus the FSA funds transfer provider registry for provider-license screening; use Consumer Affairs Agency comparative-advertising guidance and stealth-marketing guidance for timestamped neutral ranking, ad/affiliate disclosure, and avoidance of unsupported superiority claims; use e-Gov Consumer Contract Act as a consumer-facing disclaimer and misleading-solicitation boundary. This baseline supports documented internal review for current non-custodial comparison pages, but it is not a substitute for legal advice if yensend later handles KYC, funds, personalized recommendations, provider application mediation, prefilled deep links, or affiliate-influenced ranking.

SCOPE LIMIT: SBI Remit's retail remittance page still caps one remittance at ¥1,000,000 「法令に基づき」; its announced Type I product (レミットPrime) is for corporate customers and not yet launched.
