Bằng chứng đăng ký và cổng hiển thị mà yensend dùng trước khi hiển thị hoặc thử nghiệm nhà cung cấp.

Trang này giải thích tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra đăng ký nội bộ của yensend.jp cho nhà cung cấp chuyển tiền và tuyến ngân hàng. Đây không phải tư vấn pháp lý, khuyến nghị, hay quy trình đăng ký dịch vụ.
Cơ sở pháp lý
Màn hình hiện tại tham chiếu Điều 36-2 và Điều 37 của Payment Services Act Nhật Bản, danh sách nhà cung cấp dịch vụ chuyển tiền của FSA, danh sách giấy phép ngân hàng của FSA khi có tuyến ngân hàng, và hướng dẫn của Consumer Affairs Agency về quảng cáo so sánh và stealth marketing. yensend không giữ tiền và không thực hiện chuyển tiền.
Tình trạng legal self-review
Chưa có ý kiến pháp lý chính thức từ luật sư bên ngoài. Hiện tại yensend dựa trên rà soát nội bộ từ nguồn chính thức: e-Gov Payment Services Act Articles 2(2), 36-2, and 37, danh sách nhà cung cấp và ngân hàng của FSA, cùng hướng dẫn của Consumer Affairs Agency. Cách này phù hợp cho bề mặt so sánh chỉ cung cấp thông tin hiện tại, nhưng không thay thế tư vấn pháp lý nếu yensend xử lý KYC, tiền, gợi ý cá nhân hóa, môi giới đăng ký, luồng provider điền sẵn, hoặc thứ hạng chịu ảnh hưởng bởi affiliate.
Cổng hiển thị
Một hàng nhà cung cấp cần có bằng chứng đăng ký hoặc giấy phép ngân hàng, đường lấy dữ liệu được phép, fact phí/tỷ giá hiện hành khi hiển thị dữ liệu gốc của nhà cung cấp, và xếp hạng trung lập không bị ảnh hưởng bởi quảng cáo hay referral. Màn hình cuối của nhà cung cấp vẫn là nguồn quyết định trước khi chuyển tiền.

Bảng dưới đây liên kết từng provider có thể xuất hiện trên yensend.jp với pháp nhân phục vụ Nhật Bản, đường dẫn đăng ký hoặc giấy phép ngân hàng, và bằng chứng fact-registry dùng trước khi hiển thị.
