Legal baseline
Ginagamit ng current screen ang Japan Payment Services Act Articles 36-2 at 37, FSA funds transfer service provider registry, FSA bank-license lists kapag bank route ang gamit, at Consumer Affairs Agency guidance sa comparative advertising at stealth marketing. Hindi humahawak ng funds o nagpapatupad ng remittance ang yensend mismo.
Legal self-review status
Wala pang external lawyer opinion na nakuha. Sa ngayon, ginagamit ng yensend ang internal official-source review batay sa e-Gov Payment Services Act Articles 2(2), 36-2, and 37, FSA provider and bank lists, at Consumer Affairs Agency guidance. Sapat ito para sa kasalukuyang information-only comparison surface, pero hindi ito kapalit ng legal advice kapag humawak na ang yensend ng KYC, pondo, personalized recommendations, application mediation, prefilled provider flows, o ranking na naiimpluwensiyahan ng affiliate compensation.
